Lifting by trapeziums

 

Lifting system by trapezoidal arms electrically articulated by linear motor. Lifting stroke 400-800 mm and maximum patient load of 220 Kg.

 

Hand-held Control

 

Hand-held control with spiral cable, with the following functions:

-Back;

-Legs;

-Auto Contour;

-Lifting.

MEDICAL POSITIONS

 

Independent Movement

 

The movement of the back and leg sections is done independently by electric motor.

 

The joint articulation of the leg and foot sections allows the bed to be positioned in the Shock position.

 

Back and Leg Articulation

 

The bed’s hand-held control allows simultaneous movement of the back and leg sections by a single button.

 

This Auto Contour function allows the patient to be positioned directly in the Fowler position without sliding, which can happen when articulating the back section separately.

LONG-TERM CARE

 

Preventive Locking

 

Both guard rail options are fitted with safety handles. These are in a place that is difficult to access for the patient, but are very ergonomic for healthcare professionals.

The foot and head panels are vertically removable and fitted with transport locks. They may not be included at customer’s request.

 

Care Accessories

 

The Luna bed includes hooks on both sides for hanging urine bags.

Four-part bed with 3 epoxy-painted sheet metal articulations. Slots for ventilation of the mattress. Removable panels for cleaning.

 

Ergonomic mattress supports in polyamide.

 

Phenolic bed (high pressure thermolaminate)

 

Four-part bed with 3 articulations in phenolic (high pressure thermolaminate). Slots for ventilation of the mattress. Removable panels for cleaning.

INFECTION CONTROL

 

HDPEmedical®

 

HDPEmedical® is a high-density polyethylene resin with which the headboard/footboard and side guard rails are made:

 

-Shock-resistant features, the plastic does not break as a result of light and accidental shocks;

 

-Fireproof treatment and fire retardant according to class M2.

 

Antimicrobial Treatment

 

HDPEmedical contains an antimicrobial additive that is over 99% effective against various hospital-acquired bacteria.

GUARD RAIL OPTIONS

 

Split Guard Rails

 

Side guard rails comply with EN 60601-2-52. They prevent and avoid the risk of injuries caused by accidental falls through high side coverage and components with adequate spaces to avoid entrapment of body parts for patients and caregivers.

 

Integral Guard Rails

 

Option of metal guard rails in painted and epoxy steel tube and extension with plastic ear. Folding, with safety lock and safety handle for movement.

SECURITY

 

Protected Bed

 

Corners protected by stop discs and ergonomically designed ABS covers. Highly resistant, they protect the bed from all angles.

 

WHEEL OPTIONS

 

Model E44

 

Tente ABS faired wheels Ø150 mm. Rotating effect and equipped with ball bearings.

 

Centralised braking system with the following functions:

– Total locking;

-Directional lock;

-Free travel

 

Model E34

 

Bed option with 4 ABS wheels Ø125 mm. Rotating effect and fitted with ball bearings.

 

Two or three wheels with local brake.
