BED COMPLEMENT

Geriatric Tables

Geriatric bedside tables and bed tables were designed with one fundamental purpose: compatibility with the beds and armchairs in nursing homes and long-term care units.

With several features designed to complement the needs of bedridden patients, the combination of tables, beds and armchairs IMO create more welcoming environments, where patients want to be and professionals like to care.

Family Environment

Bedside table with an entirely wooden structure, creating rooms with healthcare-friendly features without losing the homely look patients are used to.

Bedside table with gas spring lifting option, lifting stroke of 850-1100 mm.

LONG-LASTING PROTECTION

Cleanliness and Functionality

The geriatric range includes a bedside table with ample storage space and a bed table to facilitate activities for the bedridden patients.

The simple, minimalist design of the geriatric tables makes cleaning tasks easier. With rounded corners to prevent the accumulation of dirt and protected with varnish, complete cleaning is possible with damp cloths of lukewarm water.

Transversal Quality

The same quality parameters applied to IMO beds are universally used in the construction of all other products and components.

The geriatric tables have balanced structures and have four Ø50 mm double nylon wheels, which makes them very easy to move around.

EARLY MOBILITY

Self-Confidence

An important factor in reducing the length of hospital stays is the recovery of the patient’s confidence in their motor skills, a task that can be assisted by geriatric tables.

Simply constructed and lightweight, the patient can easily pull the tables over to the bed or armchair by themselves. The smooth opening of the door and drawer of the bedside table helps access stored items, while the finishes create a more homely atmosphere.

Activity Board

The bed table is also designed to increase patient autonomy, allowing the height and inclination to be adjusted without assistance, facilitating activities and meals while improving their psychological condition degraded by hospitalisation.

The low-profile forked base makes it easy to fit the Combi bed table under the bed or armchair.
