IMO OFFICIAL PARTNER Status assignment

Description:

  • • Assignment of status to distributors according to the level of turnover (invoices) on the year.
  • • Period from January 1st and December 31th.
  • • Based on the sum of invoices, discounted credit notes, other discounts, comissions or other benefits.
  • • In cases of commissioned third-party billing, this invoices could be added under request.

Qualifies for:

  • • Attribution of IMO OFFICIAL PARTNER status and the annual trophy assigned.
  • • Access to the incentive plan on the year following.

Tiers:

• IMO Diamond→ ≥600.000€
• IMO Platinum→ ≥300.000€ and <600.000€
• IMO Gold→ ≥150.000€ and <300.000€
• IMO Ruby→ ≥75.000€ and <150.000€
• IMO Silver→ ≥30.000€ and <75.000€
• IMO Bronze→ ≥10.000€ and <30.000€

IMO OFFICIAL PARTNER incentives plan

Target of the incentives:

  • • Incentive plan exclusive for distributors with IMO OFFICIAL PARTNERS status.
  • • This incentive plan has the main objective of increasing the engagement and loyalty of our customers and thereby motivating them to dedicate more time to promoting and to influence IMO products on public tenders.
  • • And as motivational tool for all the salespeople who works with IMO on a daily basis, thus also rewarding their efforts.

Guarantee your access by complying with:

  • • Be IMO Authorized distributor, consult our export team to confirm.
  • • Have got Silver tier or better on IMO OFFICIAL PARTNER STATUS in the previous year.
  • • Achieve 300.000€ billing or more in the year of analysis.
  • • Maintain the payments in order.
  • • Maintain a continuous communication flow with our exports team.

Rules and Alerts:

  • • Flights in economy, basic rate from airlines. Any upgrade or extra fees are under partner guest responsibility;
  • • All travel bureaucracy, as visa or others, are the entire responsibility of the partner guest;
  • • Hotel all inclusive is under the hotel terms, any item or request out of all inclusive is under partner guest responsibility and charge;
  • • IMO cannot be held responsible for anything. It is the sole responsibility of partner guests to ensure all legal requirements are met, visa authorization obtained, and Portuguese law is observed.
  • • No complaints, disagreements or disputes regarding parameters and assignments will be accepted.
  • • IMO therefore has the right to not assign incentives in case of disagreement, without the need for explanations.
  • • Changing this incentives for discounts or money, will be refused under any circumstances.
  • • IMO will organize all trips for its annual global meeting based on the proposed dates.
  • • In case of unavailability and impossibility of arranging new dates, the incentive will be carried over to the following year upon consent, but accumulation of incentives will not be accepted.
  • • In case of refusal or lack of availability and it being impossible to adapt the dates to the customer’s commitments, the incentive will be carried over to the following year upon consent, but accumulation of incentives will not be accepted.
  • • Access to this plan will be cancelled in case of late payments.
